Each Xetum Swiss automatic watch is carefully crafted using high caliber components. Xetum offers a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship in your Xetum watch under normal use. Some restrictions apply -- please see our 2-year limited warranty policy. Xetum has authorized service centers in the United States and Canada. Returns (extended holiday return policy)
To help make your holiday shopping easier, Xetum is offering extended holiday returns for watches in new, unworn condition. Purchases made between November 18, 2013 and December 14, 2013 are eligible for return until January 13, 2014. Some restrictions apply -- please see our return policy.
FREE U.S. SHIPPING BOTH WAYS ON WATCH PURCHASES: Xetum offers free 2-business day UPS or Fedex shipping for Swiss automatic watch purchases shipped to addresses in the United States. If you would like to return your watch under our return policy, Xetum will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for returning your watch. Some restrictions apply, please see our Free U.S. Watch Shipping Terms and Conditions.
Most orders for in-stock watches will ship from our facility within 2-5 business days after your order has been received. (Including order processing time and shipping time, customers in the U.S. should expect to receive their shipments within 4-7 business days of submitting an order.) Xetum will send a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped.

Xetum ships products to delivery addresses in the United States (excluding APO/FPO addresses and US territories and protectorates). Xetum does not ship to PO boxes.
International shipping is available for selected locations. Xetum currently ships to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, the UAE and the United Kingdom. To request an international order, please fill out our International Order Request Form and email it to [email protected]. If you require assistance with your international order, you can also call +1 800 385 6238. Our customer service department is available from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday, 10am-4pm Saturday (Pacific time), closed on Sunday and major U.S. holidays.
We accept payments for international orders via PayPal or bank wire (in US dollars). Watch shipping charges for international orders are (in US Dollars): $50 to Canada, $70 to Europe/Asia and $80 to other non-US locations, via FedEx international priority. Strap and bracelet shipping charges are $35 to any international location where we ship. Please note that Xetum does not ship to PO Boxes. Most orders for in-stock watches will ship from our facility within 2-3 business days after your order has been accepted and payment received. Delivery times will vary based upon time required for customs clearance.
Taxes and duties: For shipments outside of the United States, the customs office (or other authorities) in the sending and/or destination country may separately apply import duties, customs fees and/or other duties, fees, taxes and charges to your order. Customers are solely responsible for payment of these duties, fees, taxes and charges.

When we transfer sensitive personal information such as credit card information over the internet, we protect it using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology, the industry standard method for computers to communicate securely. Xetum collects sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in California.
For United States orders, Xetum accepts AMEX, Discover, MasterCard and VISA. You may place your order on our website, or over the phone at +1.800.385.6238. You may also purchase your Xetum automatic watch from our San Francisco showroom. From time to time, Xetum may offer pre-orders on its Swiss automatic watches. Pre-ordered watches will ship from Xetum upon product availability, and an estimated delivery date will be provided to you following receipt of your pre-order. Pre-order availability is subject to change, and if the expected ship date changes from what was originally communicated to you, Xetum will contact you with an updated ship date. When you pre-order a Xetum Swiss automatic watch, you will receive the same 30-day return period as standard watch orders. The 30-day period begins when your order ships. How do you pronounce Xetum? -- Xetum is pronounced zeh-tum with a short "e", as in "Edwin".
Do I need to sign for my watch shipment when it is delivered? – Yes. Xetum’s shipments contain valuable Swiss automatic watches, and an adult signature is required for delivery. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your watch, please consider shipping your Xetum watch to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package.
How can you change the watch strap? – Our watch straps are attached using a 20mm springbar to allow for convenient strap changes. You can purchase a Xetum replacement watch strap, or you may also use a third-party watch strap with a compatible size.
How does the cork watch strap lining compare to traditional watch strap linings? – Xetum's cork watch strap lining offers similar comfort and durability as traditional strap linings, while offering the additional benefit of being made from an eco-friendly material with a distinctive look.
